Morgan was a Dutch Shepherd for the City of Sterling Heights, Michigan. Sadly we lost Morgan in 2008. Morgan was a Narcotics detection dog that took first place in the Regional USPCA Patrol dog trials five times and placed third in the Nation in 2004. Morgan was featured in many news articles over the course of his life.
